POLICIES
Returns & Exchanges
  • All Returns or Exchanges Must Have A Reciept No Exceptions.
  • All Returns or Exchanges Must Be Within 30 Days of Purchase.
  • Customers may be Charged for Shipping & Return Postage on any Refused or Returned package(s).
  • Coffee, Tea, and other food products cannot be returned for health & safety reasons.
  • Exchanges and Merchandise Credit ONLY on returns.
  • No Cash Refunds.

    BREAKAGE
    When you recieve your Delivery, INSPECT the Package Upon Arrival. If there are any problems, such as a Breakage, we do Require that we be Contacted Within 48 Hours of After Delivery. A PICTURE MAY BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE PRODUCTS REPLACED. We have no problem with Replacing Items that may arrive Damaged and we also Ship the Replacements Back to you at No Charge. But we do Reserve the Right to REQUIRE that a JPEG Image be Submitted.

    Shipping Policies
  • All Packages are shipped US Post Office
  • Shipping Charges provided in the Shopping Cart are an estimation. Shipping charges may be adjusted as necessary when your package is shipped. If actual charges Vary from Estimate by more than 15% than the Actual Fee, you will be contacted before the Actual Charge will be placed.
  • We Can NOT have Package Delived C.O.D.
  • 95% of orders are received in 5-10 business days.

    Credit Card Privacy
    We will NEVER Release or Sell your Information to outside Companies. We Do Not Store Credit Card Numbers, nor Do We Keep Your Billing Information. All Shopping Cart Transactions are Securred using the Latest Industry Standards for Security and Encryption.
